Park Medical Centre Prescription Ordering Department (POD) A new quick and convenient way to order your repeat prescription. It’s simple way for you to order your repeat prescriptions. All you have to do is call our dedicated line on 0121 468 1010 or order via our patient app or order by sending an email to [email protected].

Ordering repeat prescriptions electronically
For a more convenient service the practice has introduced electronic ordering of repeat prescriptions via our Patient App.
To register for the service you will be asked to fill in a few details to generate an account. To register fully you will need to bring in identification to the surgery to prove your identity.
If you do not have access to online services
If you do not have access to online services and do not wish to be granted access, we will temporarily be accepting prescription request via email. Please email your medication request with your name, date of birth and address to [email protected], we will also accept requests over the telephone but you must have the name of the medicaton required.
If you are requested to attend the surgery for any reason the doctor or Nurse will explain the procedure to you.
