* A high temperature of 37.8 or above
*A loss of or change in your normal sense of smell or taste (ansosmia)
you must self-isolate for 7 days.
* If you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
* your condition gets worse
* your symptoms do not get better after 7 days

Prescription requests can still be made online via your online services account. – If you do not have access to online services and do not wish to be granted access, we will temporarily be accepting prescription request via email. Please email your medication request with your name, date of birth and address to Park.email@example.com, we will also accept requests over the telephone but you must have the name of the medicaton required.
If you are requested to attend the surgery for any reason the doctor or Nurse will explain the procedure to you.
